Worry is a thought pattern that results from a feeling of separateness. To worry about the past is a waste of your potential to enjoy the present – we must remember that each person does the best that they can in each of life’s situations in accordance with the knowledge or wisdom they have attained in any given moment.
To worry about the future is also a waste of your potential to enjoy the present – “Expect the best in life, and when you receive something that you don’t expect, know (trust) that it is the best for you in your present situation”. Somehow you helped to create, on a subconscious level, the situation to learn. Feel the gratitude that it has come to pass.
JUST FOR TODAY DO NOT ANGER
Anger, in reality, is a totally unnecessary emotion. It has its roots in the feeling of guilt from having separated ourselves from the Universal Consciousness. To anger is to desire control which results from feeling out of control with our divine or universal life purpose. Many people have allowed their ego to direct their life course, creating inappropriate desires and expectations, in doing so they suffer untold grief. Anger is a very disharmonious energy, and creates disease in the body.
EARN YOUR LIVING HONESTLY
Of great importance to a harmonious life flow is honesty in dealing with oneself. To be honest with oneself is to face the truth in all things. To live in truth is to be aligned with your higher self’s purpose. Living in truth is also the simplest, least complex way to live, if you are honest with yourself, you will project honesty onto others. It then becomes easy to “do unto others as you would do unto you.”
HONOUR YOUR PARENTS, TEACHERS AND ELDERS
As we choose the situation we now find ourselves, our parents, teachers and elders are here to help guide, teach and show us love and shelter us from the many problems of life. They are also there to help explain the lessons as they unfold, to show love and respect to all others is to love and respect ourselves.
SHOW GRATITUDE TO EVERY LIVING THING
Through physics we know that we are all a collective energy from the same source. There is truly no solid matter only different levels of vibrations. All forms of matter vibrate at different energy levels yet they are all interconnected. Each person, animal, plant and mineral is included in the whole. To show gratitude is to love and respect earth, the universe and ourselves.
